A signed oil still life painting on canvas of plants and a jewelry box by Louis Wolchonok (American, active mid 20th century). Signed by the artist in ink to the lower left corner, the painting depicts a black and gold tone jewelry box sitting on a flat surface next to a potted plant and a small gold tone vase. The painting is presented in a stained wood frame. No hanging hardware is present.

- slight toning and fading to image; moderate wear to frame; craquelure evident to the middle right.
