A sign, watercolor on paper of a chair. Signed ‘MS’ by hand to the lower right, the watercolor depicts a staircase lined with trees leading down to a chair sitting in a colorful garden. Mounted under a single layer of white matting, the watercolor is presented under glass in a gold tone and green wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes is present to the verso.

- minor wear to frame; hole in paper backing.
