Item Details
A handwoven textile from Ecuador. This cotton weaving is finely rendered in a palette of saffron, dark emerald, tangerine, mauve, black, cobalt, and red. It consists of stripes of different widths, the widest featuring depictions of human/mythic figures, suns, jars, and abstract geometric patterns. Selvedges are overcast. Ends finish with burgundy-colored fringe.
