Japanese Carved Wooden Netsuke
Item Details
A Japanese carved wood netsuke. This figurine depicts a wicker basket in a shield shape, which holds a group of nestling rats. The surface has been stained and roughly etched to indicate detail, including a two-character signature. To the underside are two punctured holes.

- slight wear to surface.
