Collection of Vintage Architecture Themed Prints
Item Details
A collection of thirteen vintage prints featuring architecture, including both intaglio prints and lithographs. Several of the intaglio prints feature detailed plans for highly decorative Baroque architectural accents. Another intaglio print features a man on scaffolding plastering a wall. The six lithographic prints depict samples of different architectural features, including foliage corbels, figure corbels, bosse, grotesques and bands. Each was drawn by H. Fielding and printed by Machure Macdonald & Macgregor Lithography. Presented as a collection of loose prints.
Condition
- toning, foxing and stains to prints. Wear and small tears to edges. Original binding is present to the lithographs. Several prints have handwritten grapihte notes.
