A vintage novelty singing Barbie phone. This novelty phone from Telemania features a replica of the original Barbie in ‘Solo in the Spotlight’ black dress and stands on a small round stage with stairs. When the phone rings, Barbie ‘sings’ Busy Buzz and stage lights flash in sequence. Stage is marked with a gold tone tag, ‘Barbie-Solo in the Spotlight-1960’ and has switches to the underside for ringer or Barbie sounds and lights on or off. The first stair in the stage is the handset with white push button numerals
