Whiting Manufacturing Co. "Lily" Sterling Silver Flatware

A group of ten assorted sterling silver flatware pieces in the Lily pattern from Whiting Manufacturing Co. of New York (1900-1918). All of the pieces are monogrammed on the front or back, some have both. Included in the item are three dinner forks, one with a ‘B’ on the front and ‘mother’ on back, one with a ‘B’ on front and ‘uncle’ on the back and the third has just a ‘B’ on the front. The butter knife is monogrammed with a ‘B’, the pickle fork has a ‘G’. Two teaspoons have a faint engraving on the front and both are dated on the back. ‘1908’. Two teaspoons are engraved with names, ‘Vivian’ and ‘Fred’. One teaspoon has a faint engraving on the front and is dated, ‘1909’. Approximate total weight: 11.580 ozt. All are hallmarked ‘Sterling’ with makers ‘Griffin with W’ mark. The total approximate weight is 11.580 ozt.
