A 2002 color offset lithograph print on paper after an illustration by artist James Y. Kinnett used for the 2002-03 Maryland Waterfowl Stamp. The piece depicts two black scoters flying over blue Chesapeake Bay waters against a twilight sky. The print is signed in graphite and in plate to the lower right. It is numbered to the lower left as 159 out of an edition of 160 artist proofs and inscribed ‘To my friend Pat’. It is presented unframed in a commemorative folder with information about the print and a protective vellum sheet.

- print is unframed in commemorative folder; wear, discoloration and small tears to edges of folder.
