A large hand-colored 1902 photogravure on paper after an original painting by well-listed English landscape artist Daniel Sherrin, The Elder (1868 – 1940), titled Peace, Perfect Peace. The print depicts a pair of figures sitting along the edge of a flat, reflective body of water. A cottage with a thatched roof stands behind them, and a bright sunset illuminates the sky. The print’s title and artist’s name are printed to the lower margin, and copyright information is printed to the upper edge. Condition

- very light yellowing to print. Light warping and creasing across. Two very small holes ripped to lower right.
