Vintage Crucifix Sick Call Box

Item Details

A vintage sick call crucifix box. The cross is wood with a pearlized celluloid inlay slide lid, topped with a gold-tone metal Jesus Christ. The lid slides open to reveal a compartment for candles and a small bottle for holy water, included. When the lid is slid up, there are small holes to hold the lit candles, and an indentation to stand the crucifix lid on its end. There is a hole to the verso for hanging. It is unmarked.
