A hand-knotted Persian Lilihan wool area rug. This unique rug features a palette of earth tones including sepia hues, ecru, sky blue, emerald, and indigo; beginning with a central medallion displaying rosettes, on a field filled with latticed floral motifs. The field is framed with a main herati patterned border with a pair of carnation meander guards. The rug is finished with overcast selvedges and a short natural warp fringe. Unlabeled.
