A hand-knotted Persian Kashan wool accent rug. This rug features a palette of cranberry, indigo, ivory, olive, saffron, rose, and cerulean; beginning with a central diamond shaped floral medallion on a cranberry field surrounded by symmetrical floral motifs, and ivory spandrels with flowering vines. The field is framed by main herati patterned border, and checkered guard border. The rug is finished with over overcast selvedges and a natural warp ivory fringe. Unlabeled.
