Chippendale Style Cherry Dining Chairs

A collection of six Chippendale style cherry dining chairs. This set of dining chairs features two chairs with serpentine armrests rising on curved supports. Each chair features a curved crest rail with upturned ears and a decorative pierced splat. The slip seats are upholstered in striped fabric to the four side chairs and green fabric with dragonfly design on the arm chairs. The chairs rise on straight legs joined by an H-stretcher. There are no visible maker’s marks.
