Japanese and Chinese Hand-painted Ceramic Plates
Item Details
A paiir of two handmade hand-painted Japanese and Chinese ceramic plates. The pair includes a circular Japanese plate featuring cobalt blue brushstrokes around the border with wave-like motifs to the inner border, and cobalt blue center. It is marked to the underside. Also included is a smaller octagonal Chinese plate featuring floral motifs inside a spoke design. The underside has a Kangxi reign mark, however, it was produced during the 20th century.

- faint surface marks throughout.
