Ceramic Serving Bowl

Item Details

A ceramic serving bowl. This black and white transferware piece has been decorated with a pastoral vignette to the well, depicting a group of shepherds with their flock. The inner and outer rim are finished with a border of trailing leaves and blossoms.

Condition

- small brown and black marks throughout; discoloration across surface of lip and base; mis-registration of pattern throughout.
