International Silver Co. Wilcox "Paisley" Silver Plate Hot Water Urn and More
Item Details
A group of vintage silver plate servingware by International Silver Company-Wilcox. This selection includes a hot water urn, covered sugar bowl, and creamer in the Paisley pattern. These pieces each features engraved scrolls, flowers, and a blank oval cartouche to the front, as well as scrolled handles and footed bases. The undersides are marked, ‘Wilcox S.P. Co., International S. Co. IS’ with the pattern name and mold number. The lot also includes a Lawrence B. Smith Co. oval serving tray with pierced lattice edges, embossed grape vine trim, and scrolled handles to either side. The very center is monogrammed, ‘LCP’ and surrounded by engraved scrolled foliage. The underside is stamped with the Lawrence B. Smith Co. maker’s mark.
