Antique Jacobean Revival Oak Dining Table and Side Chairs
Item Details
An antique Jacobean Revival oak dining table and four side chairs, circa 1910-1920. The table features a rectangular top flanked by a pair of draw leaves above a straight apron. It rises on four barley-twist and block legs joined by incurvate, lateral stretchers and a central, barley-twist stretcher. The legs end in bun feet. Each chair has a scrolled crest over a vertical, slatted back flanked by barley-twist stiles. The slip seats are covered in burgundy, cotton fabric and the chairs rise on barley-twist, front legs joined by H-stretchers to the raking back legs.
