Pair of Japanese Vases with Hand-Painted Cherry Blossom Motif
Item Details
A pair of Japanese vases with hand-painted cherry blossom motif. These ceramic vases feature ivory crazing topped by hand-painted cherry blossom trees accented with gilt work throughout and at the rim. The underside of each is marked ‘Made by Kinkōzan’ (錦光山造) in red, as well as a sticker reading ‘Kinkozan 13334 Kyoto’.
Condition
- crazing; a few markings throughout; minor wear to underside of each.
