Japanese Decorative Porcelain Plates
Item Details
A set of three Japanese decorative porcelain plates. The Imari style plate features a central medallion with red flowers in a blue wheel barrel surrounded by sections of flowering branches and birds on two alternating floral fields with gilt accents. One plate features a cobalt blue landscape to the center with a foliate border on a green field with bamboo accents and gilt trim. The remaining plate has a floral design in a palette of yellow, red, blue, and green with gilt scroll and scale borders. The plates are marked ‘made in Japan.’
Condition
- scuffs and residue to undersides.
