Vintage Color Postcard Of The Eiffel Tower In Open-Backed Frame
Item Details
A vintage color postcard of the Eiffel tower in an open-backed frame. The postcard depicts a straight-on view of the Eiffel tower from the Jardins du Trocadéro. ‘Paris, France’ is handwritten in pencil on the white mat at the lower left corner, and the date ‘1929’ is handwritten on the mat at the lower right corner. The postcard is presented in a black finished wood frame. The back has been left open to view the correspondence, handwritten in French, which is presented with an off-white mat. A saw-tooth hanger is attached to the back of the frame.
Condition
- small creases in the postcard. Few small dark spots on front and back of postcard. Couple nicks and scratches to frame.
