Vintage OKF "Knights of Friendship" Pattern Solingen Sword

Item Details

A decorative sword. This piece features a brass cross guard and scabbard that are decorated the patterns and symbols used by the Knights of Friendship private grouping with a bone handle and a globe shaped pommel with the letter C embossed on it. The maker’s mark for Solingen is stamped on the ricasso of the blade.

Condition

- moderate tarnish to brass portions of the sword; wear and oxidation present on the blade; various degrees of surface wear to the pieces.
