Chinese Ink Paintings of Bamboo
Item Details
A pair of Chinese ink paintings of bamboo on silk. These pieces both depict fronds of bamboo leaves, with stones and loosely-rendered earth in the background. Each piece includes a red seal which reads ‘Beijing’ (北京) to a lower corner and is presented under glass against a French-style mat in a bamboo-motif frame with a wire for hanging.
Condition
- scratching and wear to frames; toning to silk; light wear to matting.
