A pair of black metal commercial style garment racks. The taller one has a center frame on an H-stretcher base, which is raised on casters; it has removable/adjustable hanging arms. The shorter one has small hooks along the top rail, with additional small hooks along the lower rail, which juts out on each side; they are on a center frame attached to bar legs.
