A Mexican sterling silver ‘chamber ring’ has a bezel set round cabochon amethyst stone in the center. The center setting is hinged and when opened reveals a small chamber big enough for a small pill. The silver band is adjustable. The ring is hallmarked, ‘Hecho en Mexico’ with an eagle image.
