Japanese Porcelain Bowl and Vase
Item Details
A pair of Japanese porcelain vessels. Included is a tall plum-shaped vase decorated with a pair of bamboo tree vignettes and detailed geometric and botanical motifs throughout. The lip is circled with a chain of butterflies. It bears a reign mark to the underside. The vase is accompanied by a bowl decorated with a central floral motif to the well and framed by eight pictorial and floral vignettes. It is finished with a border of waves and a scalloped edge. This piece is marked to the underside.
