An abstract oil painting on canvas titled Blue and Green Diptych by American abstract artist Edwin Ruda (1922-2014). The left side of this diptych features a bright blue ground with a deep blue and sea green quarter-circle in the lower right corner, while the right has a teal setting with a black and blue rhomboid at the base. Three thin vertical lines of varying lengths are placed in the fields of color above. One piece is signed and dated ‘79’ to the verso, and a label is affixed stating the title, artist, and other piece information. The works are executed on stretched canvas and are unframed and wired for hanging.
