A watercolor and gouache painting on paper of flowers, by artist Susan Johnson. This work places colorful daubs of paint over sketching pen lines, and depicts an arrangement of red-petaled flowers in a striated glass vase, all before a shadowy purplish ground. This piece is signed to its left edge and is matted under glass in a gold tone wood and gesso frame. There is a hanging wire present to the verso of the frame.
