Set of Four Vintage Carved Louis XV Style Gilt Wood Side Chairs

Item Details

A set of four vintage carved Louis XV style gilt ands white wood side chairs. These four side chairs have ogee-arched shaped backs with white painted highlights, a central carved crest between C scrolls with pierced foliate carving around the chair back. At the knees and feet of the French cabriole legs are foliate carvings and a carved cartouche centered on the skirt. The chairs are upholstered in black cloth which is highly tufted on the backs and affixed with nailhead trim.
