A Navajo transitional blanket, ca. 1900-1920. The blanket features a cream and natural-white color field with two large serrated-bordered diamond medallions to the center, the larger with a cream center, with bright cochineal red inner serrated band and dark brown serrated outer band. The smaller diamond medallion has a gradated medium gray center. The blanket is banded in dark brown with a red overcast edge with red selvage cord. Unlabeled.
