A hand-knotted Indo-Persian area rug. This wool rug is rendered in a palette of bright pink, tangerine, and black. It begins with a lattice of complex palmette medallions in pink and tangerine over a black field. The field is framed by six box borders, featuring the same color scheme. Selvedges are overcast. Ends finish with short kilim skirts and long wool warp fringe. The rug is unlabeled.
