A handcrafted frame by Jay Strongwater. The frame is brown enamel, wood and brass designed by Jay Strongwater and handcrafted in Rhode Island. The frame has a square opening with curved corners accented with crushed stones and rhinestones on all four sides, a brass cutout floral design on blue enamel on the back of the frame and a curved metal stand. The frame has a black felt storage bag and a decorative box with a black cloth interior that are marked ‘Jay Strongwater’.
