An East Asian silk brocade hanging scroll. This piece features calligraphed characters rendered in expressive brushstrokes, with smaller inscriptions and seals to the right and left edges of the composition. Decorative circular designs are printed in gold tone ink over the brush work. The scroll is housed in a decorative fabric lined box, with bone clasps.
