A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Bakhshayesh Heriz accent rug. This rug features a floral medallion in a palette of dark blue, light yellow, cream, and rust on a cream field. The field is populated by geometric florals, vines and palmettes in a complementary palette with deep red spandrels. The compound border features a turtle pattern throughout with a dark blue background. The rug has natural warp fringe to either end and is unmarked.
