Item Details
A Persian Baluch tribal wool rug. This small area rug is hand-knotted in a palette of crimson, cream, tangerine, and azure. It features a complex lattice pattern over a crimson field, which is framed by compound geometric wraparound borders and horizontal ashik panels at top and bottom. Selvedges are overcast, the rug finishing at each end with wool warp fringe. Unlabeled.
