Two Fractional Currency Notes

A 5 cents fractional currency note bearing the bust of Spencer M. Clark, superintendent of the National Currency Bureau. There also is a 15 Cent Fractional note with the bust of Columbia in oval frame above faces. Both the 5 & the 15 cent pieces are in poor condition.
