A graphite drawing on paper, titled Seated Woman With Fan, attributed to artist Edmund Bensell. This monochromatic sketch depicts a woman seated on a wooden chair wearing a ruffled, flowing dress, posed in profile while clutching at a hand fan. The outlines are slightly reinforced with light shading. This unsigned drawing is presented under glass beneath matting in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire and a handwritten tag to the verso attributing the artist.

- paper has toning; some dirt between glass and mat; some surface scratches on glass; wood frame showing nicks and scratches.
