A vintage trompe l’oeil three panel screen. This hand painted hinged wooden double sided screen is decorated on one side with six trompe l’oeil panoplies of musical instruments in red, green and ochre and on the other side six rococo vignettes of Italian garden scenes in yellow green and ochre. Unmarked.

Condition

- some hinges loose, scuffs rubs and chips to finish, missing edging, as well as two holes near the base of one panel.
