A handwoven and embroidered North African carpet runner. The rug is in a color palette of dark peach, powder blue, dark blue, and cream. The field of the rug is populated by rows of arrows, stripes, saw tooth patterns, and diamonds and is enclosed by a compound border. The border features an unusual pictorial pattern featuring four-legged animals in a complementary palette. It has an overcast edge and a short fringe to either end. Unmarked.
