A signed watercolor painting on paper of a waterfront house. Signed by hand illegibly in graphite appearing to read ‘G. Nash’ and dated ‘1975’, the watercolor depicts a multi-story house with a dock leading to the ocean. Mounted under a double layer of red and white matting, the piece is presented under glass in silver tone wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes is present to the verso.
