A set of Wallace sterling silver flatware in the Sir Christopher pattern. Originally introduced in 1936, this pattern was given the name, Sir Christopher in honor of British architect Sir Christopher Wren. Chased with intricately scalloped body detailed with foliate and scrollwork, this fifty-one piece set includes the following: eight sterling handled dinner knives with stainless steel blades, eight dinner forks, eight salad forks, eight soup spoons, ten teaspoons, eight butter knives and one serving spoon. All are hallmarked, ‘Wallace Sterling’. Total approximate weight excluding the dinner knives with sterling handles is 58.955 ozt.
