Ruth Marsh Framed Needlepoint Textile of Hummingbirds and Pink Flowers
Item Details
A needlepoint textile by artist Ruth Marsh. The piece depicts two hummingbirds feeding from a flowering branch with pink blooms, set against a blue sky with white clouds. The piece is surrounded by a blue needlework border and includes raised accents to the flowers and corners. It is presented without glass in a silver tone wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso. The frame’s backing paper includes a handwritten note that reads ‘Needlepoint by Ruth Marsh’ and dates the work at 1984.
