2nd Century Roman Glass Pitcher

Item Details

A 2nd century AD Roman glass pitcher with a particularly well formed spout having a banded rim and a delicate applied handle. The very thin amber colored glass pitcher has an overall iridescence and excavated residue.

Condition

- a partial glass band at the neck and seemingly a broken piece at the top of the handle.
