Item Details
A 1998 watercolor painting on paper by artist Anthony S. Elacion. The piece depicts figures in a small rowboat as they float under blue skies down a bucolic river lined with lush vegetation. The work is signed and dated in paint to the lower right. It is matted in pale grey and presented under glass in a gilt gesso and wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- minor toning to paper and matting; foxing to linen liner; dust and debris present; chips, scratches, wear and scuffing throughout frame; tears to backing paper.
