Also included is a 1998 painting depicting a rowboat docked at a small pier, set against a peaceful lake landscape. It is signed and dated in paint to the lower right, matted in pale grey and presented unframed.

- to fair; slight toning to paper and matting; smudges marks and stains throughout paper margins of unmatted painting; wear along paper edges; faint dirt stains down center of unmatted painting; wear along mat edges; tape to mat has lost adhesion and is detaching; paper remnants to versos; paintings are unframed.
