Item Details
An Egyptian mixed media painting on papyrus. The piece depicts ancient Egyptian figures riding in a boat, rendered in earth tone gouache pigments and set against a backdrop of hieroglyphic symbols. The work is signed in black paint to the lower right; however, no clear artist attribution could be made. It is presented in a floating gold tone wooden frame fitted with a sawtooth hanger to the verso.

- natural wear to edges of papyrus; minor scratching and wear to frame; scuffing to frame verso.
