A hand painted porcelain figurine titled Dancing Elephant from Herend. The piece captures a circus elephant balancing himself on a large rust colored ball decorated with gilt star detailing. The elephant is wearing Herend’s traditional fishnet pattern in green on a white background with gilded accents. Marked ‘Herend Hungary Handpainted’ to the bottom with the number 5215 and Herend pressed into the porcelain.
