A set of four fireplace tools with a painted stand in the shape of a soldier in ceremonial armor. Included in this set is a brush, tongs, a shovel and a poker. Each silver tone tool features a decorative gold tone finial, which serves as the handle. The cast iron soldier stands at attention on a hexagonal base, and there are no apparent maker’s marks.
