Item Details
A copy of the first issue of Sports Illustrated and assorted sports magazines. This assortment features ten sports magazines including the first issue of Sports Illustrated published by Time Incorporated on August 16, 1954. This issue is presented in a leather folder which reads ‘Sports Illustrated First Issue August 16, 1954’ in gold tone lettering. Also included are nine issues of Sports Illustrated magazine published in the 1990s.
Condition
- Many in plastic protective sleeves; edge and corner wear to Sports Illustrated folder; edge and corner wear; light discoloration and toning.
- Condition is consistent with materials, prior use, and age.
