Item Details
A Chinese wedding basket. A Chinese wedding basket, having three stacking storage boxes, within a frame and having a large, finely carved handle, with brass mounts and ornamental dragon handle. Each octangular box has an exterior of tightly woven, patterned sides with chamfered bamboo corners, having incised carved scenes.
Condition
- oxidation to metal parts, some loss of finishes, some nicks and chips.
