Item Details
A pair of hand-painted porcelain demitasse depicting Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte and the Duchess of Parma, his second wife, Marie Louise. Each features a central portrait medallion signed ‘Hug Roos’ most likely for Hugo Roos, surrounded by laurel wreath decoration. Each teacup is accompanied with a saucer with conforming laurel wreath and bee decoration. The undersides are marked with an ‘N’ surmounted with a four prong crown.
